(the Management Company) would like to notify you the amendment of K Japan Equity Fund (K-JP) and K Japanese Equity RMF (KJPRMF) which have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that the benchmark of such funds will be changed to TOPIX Net Total Return in order to comply with the Master Fund's benchmark change. In this regard, the Management Company reserves the right to change benchmark as specified in the Fund Prospectus.
Such change will take effect from May 18, 2021.
